It all started with an idea. It grew into a book. There is nothing more sad than an athlete who loses their desire to continue playing because it is not fun anymore. Or a coach who quits, because they have no support. Or witness a parent on a team who does not understand how to behave or support the team. And these three groups must work together to help the team succeed. But nobody has talked about how to make that happen. This is where I draw inspiration from.
