It all started with an idea. It grew into a book. There is nothing more sad than an athlete who loses their desire to continue playing because it is not fun anymore. Or a coach who quits, because they have no support. Or even a parent who does not know how to improve a team environment. This is where I draw insiration from. In hopes to make a positive impact.
